Among the running backs, there were few particularly exciting sets of individual workouts. The overall times in the 40-yard dashes were fairly pedestrian for the group as a whole Brett Favre Jersey , with no players running faster than 4.40 and only two running 4.45 or less: Justice Hill of Oklahoma State (4.40) and Ryquell Armstead from Temple (4.45).As an overall workout, Penn State’s Miles Sanders had arguably the best day overall. Sanders had a solid 4.49-second 40-yard dash in addition to 20 reps on the bench press. His explosion numbers were good as well, with a 36-inch vertical and 10-foot-4 broad jump Paul Hornung Jersey , but his agility timing is where he really set himself out from the pack. Sanders was the only running back to run the 3-cone drill in less than seven seconds, posting a position-best 6.89-second time.
